Cloud Support Technician

Introduction

Miracle Mill is growing and expanding the team in North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece. If you have knowledge of computer operating systems and want to work in dynamic environment this just might be the right job for you!

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support Miracle Mill’s clients via both phone and email by solving their technical issues connected to their AWS/Azure environment (Second Line Support) 
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents related to the client’s AWS/Azure environment 
  • Understand and follow the processes and procedures defined by Miracle Mill 
  • Take a part in regular on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to critical incidents and ensure SLAs are met 
  • Proactive support for monitored cloud environments 
  • Comprehensively communicate problems and solutions for issues to clients 
  • Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment 
  • Compose SLA reports 
  • Review assigned service requests daily, following up and updating the clients 
  • Conduct research into issues and problems 
  • Assist in creating and documenting knowledge-based articles 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related fields 
  • IT and tech background 
  • 2+ years of experience working in the IT/support department
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) 
  • Understanding technologies 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Proficient in various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) 
  • Capability to document technical specifications in a technical manner 
  • Technical problem solver who shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems 
  • Strong customer service orientation 
  • Strong documentation skills 
  • A structured and proactive way of working 
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of platforms like Jira, Confluence, and other DevOps Tools would be a bonus 
  • Proficient in managing Server and Cloud 
  • Proficient in Command-Line Interface (CLI) 
  • Open to learning and getting certified about AWS and MS Azure 
  • Understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT 
  • Experience in troubleshooting 
  • Understanding of agile software development principles and methodologies
