Business Developer


Our international team is expanding the Sales department with a talented Business Developer experienced in helping companies grow their client base. If you are a proficient German speaker, located in Switzerland with a proven sales track record in selling services, rate yourself high on communication skills and know your way around clients, keep reading!

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of Miracle Mill’s business and well-defined service portfolio in order to turn leads to new sales
  • Promote and represent Miracle Mill services
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads following a defined sales process
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services
  • Daily tracking of all sales activities in company CRM system
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects
  • Prepare, send and follow up on contracts sent based on company templates
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects when proposing solutions to prospects
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs
  • Create weekly reports for management
  • Regularly collecting and analyzing the insights from the sales activities and providing feedback to the management team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Highly proficient in both written and spoken Swiss German and German
  • Fluency in English
  • Intermediate knowledge of a few other European languages will be considered bonus
  • Tech savvy with a good understanding of IT concepts
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and achievement oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
