The MAP program is structured in three phases, each focusing on different aspects of the migration process, and is financially supported by AWS. Clients can choose to participate in individual phases or the entire program, benefiting from the various advantages offered.
Steps of service delivery
Step 1: Assess - Evaluation & Analysis for Cloud Migration
In this phase, we assess the feasibility of cloud migration by discussing your requirements, pain points, challenges, desires, and objectives. We perform a cost-benefit analysis comparing your current IT operating costs with potential costs after migration and use the Amazon Migration Evaluator to analyse various migration strategies.
Step 2: Mobilise - Cloud Migration Planning
The Mobilise phase focuses on planning your cloud migration. Our team of cloud experts, including Cloud Consultants, Cloud Engineers, and Cloud Architects, collaborates with your staff to create a comprehensive 360-degree migration plan, covering aspects like migration strategy, skills development, business case, operating model, security and compliance, and a detailed migration timeline.
Step 3: Migrate & Modernise
In the final phase, we implement the migration plan and move your IT environment to the AWS public cloud. Additionally, we offer the option to modernise your applications for optimal performance in the cloud.
