Step 1 & 2: Inventory Assessment
As a certified AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, we perform a review of your entire IT infrastructure, including all active licences, both on-premise and in your cloud. During the assessment, we examine your computing power, storage & memory, networks, and software licences, as well as their actual usage.
Step 3: What do you really need, and what can you save?
After determining the scope of your current workloads and the actual usage of your resources, we focus on the analysis. You will receive a detailed proposal with the following content:
• How your optimised IT infrastructure in the AWS Cloud would look
• Which hardware and licences you can save or reuse
• What your IT infrastructure in the cloud would cost
Step 4: Planning your next steps – Migration & Modernisation
We use the results of the analysis to develop an optimization proposal for your IT infrastructure and existing software licences in the Microsoft environment. Through a Proof of Concept, we show you possible optimisation and modernisation steps to migrate your IT infrastructure to the AWS Cloud.
