Our ITIL-compliant processes and certified team will establish monitoring and incident management, backup and disaster recovery procedures, and provide support for your AWS environment. As an official AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, our certified staff will work with you to design, architect, build, migrate, and manage your workloads and applications on AWS, accelerating your journey to the cloud and optimize your environment utilizing AWS Well-Architected principles and frameworks.

We also offer a range of add-on services to enhance your experience such as monitoring and incident management on 24/7 basis, third-line support, permissions management and cost management. AWS Advanced Consulting Partner

Your AWS Environment will be in good hands, as we are an official AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. We help our customers to design, architect, build, migrate, and manage your workloads and applications on AWS, accelerating your journey to the cloud.

AWS Well-Architected

With our service, we include time with our certified AWS Solution Architects. They will help you further optimize your environment by utilizing AWS Well-Architected principles and frameworks.

AWS Certified Staff

Our staff has decades of combined experience with AWS and hold and extensive range of AWS certificates. You will work with AWS certified SysOps Administrators, certified DevOps engineers, and certified developers when you sign up for our managed services.

Monitoring & Incident Management – Business hours

Our team will proactively review and respond to incidents and alarms in your cloud environment, tweak and tune the environment to mitigate events that could trigger alarms to ensure uninterrupted service and minimum downtime during business hours. They will also work to resolve potential threats and obstacles to your operations and establish backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure your company's business continuity.

Monthly review

At the beginning of every month, we hold a monthly retrospective meeting with you to review the SLA report and service performance, as well as to discuss potential improvements to the cloud environment to mitigate events that could trigger alarms.

No Binding Period

No multi-year contracts, penalties for early termination, or minimum purchase price are required to sign up for managed services. It really is that easy.

Monitoring & Incident Management – 24/7 (add-on)

This service add-on includes responding to critical incidents outside working hours, ensuring uninterrupted service, and minimum downtime.

Third-Line Support (add-on)

This add-on service includes the resolution of support cases related to the application which require specific expertise and deep knowledge of the application.

Available for applications developed by Miracle Mill and is subject to time and material pricing.

Permissions Management (add-on)

With our permissions management service, we assist you in managing permissions to control access to human and machine identities that need access to your cloud environment and your workloads, granting them only the permissions they need to perform certain tasks.

Our team will review the permissions management setup on a quarterly basis, continuously ensuring permissions are managed properly.

Cost Management (add-on)

With our cost management service, you can estimate, budget, and control your costs with the goal to keep your cloud spending within an approved budget. We will assist you to optimize your costs in multiple dimensions: reduce your cost for infrastructure, your personnel costs, and costs related to unused or underused hardware and capacity.

The service includes initial review and establishing fundamental setup, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews to continuously ensure costs are managed properly.
