HR Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR & Recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Work as a part of the recruitment team to develop creative ways to attract talent
  • Writing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process 
  • Maintaining and following up on the recruitment pipeline
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the company culture and increasing employee engagement and satisfaction 
  • Report directly to management and take part in management meetings
  • Following up on KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field 
  • Proven work experience as HR Manager or similar role
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
