New AWS Competency Brag: AWS Digital Customer Experience

As part of our continuous efforts to learn and grow as a company, and as individuals, we are very pleased to get a chance to brag that we’ve achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Digital Customer Experience (DCX) CompetencyExternal Link. Okay, we’re glad to get that off our chests and we can go back to being (sorta) humble again — at least when we’ve finished telling you about it anyway!

What is an AWS Competency?

AWS enables scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from start-ups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify Consulting and Technology AWS Partner Network (APN) members with deep industry experience and expertise.

Why is this important?

Like the other AWS competency designations, the DCX competency designation is more than just a badge — it recognizes that we provide proven technology and deep expertise to help customers by providing end-to-end solutions for all phases of the digital customer experience. It shows that we are experts in designing simplified and automated business processes, unified & coherent technological ecosystems, centralized content management and unified customer experience across platforms and touchpoints.


Achieving the AWS Digital Customer Experience Competency helps us stand out as an AWS APN MemberExternal Link that provides specialized technical proficiency, and we hope that this is proven by the satisfaction and success of our customers. To receive the designation, we were able to prove deep AWS expertise and the ability to deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.
